By accessing and using GamePulse-Hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

GamePulse-Hosting provides game server hosting services including but not limited to:

• Game server hosting and management
• Control panel access and server administration tools
• Technical support and customer service
• Additional services as described in our service plans

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Spam, harassment, or abuse of other users
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Resource abuse that affects other users
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Any activity that disrupts our services

• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due on the billing date specified in your account
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend services for technical issues or violations
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Limit resource usage to ensure fair access for all users

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We provide automated backups as part of our service
• We are not liable for data loss due to user error or system failure
• Backup retention periods are specified in your service plan
• Data may be deleted upon service termination

You retain ownership of your content and data. However, you grant us a license to:

• Host, store, and process your content on our systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePulse-Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Fail to pay for services
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse our systems or other users

Upon termination, your access to services will be suspended and data may be deleted after a grace period.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our control panel. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
