GamePulse-Hosting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first purchase. This guarantee allows you to try our services risk-free and receive a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • This is your first purchase with GamePulse-Hosting
  • No violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Account has not been suspended or terminated for abuse
  • Refund request is submitted through proper channels

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your GamePulse-Hosting account
  2. Navigate to the Support section
  3. Create a new support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
  4. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  5. Include any relevant information that may help us process your request

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Additional services purchased after the initial order
  • Add-ons, plugins, or third-party services
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Refund requests made after 30 days
  • Services used beyond reasonable testing limits
  • Refunds for services that have been working as advertised

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Service Downtime: If our services experience significant downtime (more than 4 hours) due to our infrastructure, we may offer service credits or partial refunds
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that we cannot resolve, partial refunds may be considered
  • Billing Errors: If there are billing mistakes on our part, we will correct them and provide appropriate refunds

All partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

6. Processing Time

  • Approval: Refund requests are typically reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours
  • Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Credit Card: Refunds to credit cards may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
  • PayPal: PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days

7. Account Closure After Refund

Please note the following regarding account closure:

  • Upon refund approval, your hosting services will be immediately suspended
  • Your account will remain active for 30 days to allow for data backup
  • After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
  • You will not be able to reactivate services after account closure
  • We recommend backing up your data before requesting a refund

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will investigate the dispute and provide evidence to the payment provider
  • If the chargeback is successful, your account will be closed
  • If the chargeback is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for any associated fees
  • We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks

9. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

  • Service credits can be applied to future hosting services
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred to other accounts
  • Credits will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
